LOVB has partnered with EventConnect to provide exclusive discounts at local area hotels. This is not a Stay to Play Event.

Managing your team’s hotel accommodations is simple and convenient. You can access available hotel options through the public hotel listing. Following the event, you will also receive an email from EventConnect with a customized team booking link, providing you and your families with easy access to discounted hotel rates while allowing reservations to be accurately tracked for reporting purposes.

Team Check-In:

All teams must check-in ONLINE by 8PM Friday, April 16.

Facility Information:

Parking - Onsite and overflow parking is available. Parking is $5 a day -come and go as you please. You can also buy a weekend pass for $10. (The two day pass keeps you from having to stand in line to pay for parking again.) This is through the venue, not the tournament.

No outside food or drink allowed! There will be a concession stand available.

Athletic Trainers:

There will be trainers available onsite for minor injuries and emergency response. Athletes must bring their own tape and pre-wrap. Tournament supplies are for emergency use only.

Awards:

First and second place in the gold bracket will receive awards.

Spectator Admission:

Tickets will be available to purchase through Ticket Guru via Otto (Formerly SportWrench.)

Refund Policy:

Teams on WAITLIST that aren't accepted into the field will receive a Full Refund of entry fee amount

Teams on WAITLIST may withdraw and receive a Full Refund of entry fee amount

Teams PENDING that drop prior to registration deadline-- Full Refund less $100

Teams ACCEPTED drop prior to the late registration deadline-- Full Refund less $150

Teams ACCEPTED drop after the late registration deadline-- NO REFUND
