With the second League One Volleyball season just around the corner, LOVB Salt Lake has added two veterans of the volleyball community to its technical staff: Analyse Oswald as Director of Volleyball Operations and Will McDonald as Technical Coordinator.
Analyse joins Salt Lake after serving with the U.S. Olympic & Paralympic Committee, where she led training, competition and meeting programs and supported Team USA at the Paris 2024 Olympic Games. With a background in sport psychology and operations, she has extensive experience managing logistics, athlete services and team support at the highest level. Analyse is passionate about creating a positive environment for athletes and ensuring every detail off the court helps the team succeed on it.
Will brings NCAA Division I experience as a Technical Coordinator at Baylor and Georgia Tech, where he supported nationally ranked programs with data analysis, scouting and game preparation. He has also presented at AVCA national conventions and contributed to Final Four match analysis. With a background spanning international, club and collegiate volleyball, Will is passionate about using technology and strategy to help athletes and teams perform at their best.
Analyse and Will join head coach Tama Miyashiro and assistant coach Bruno Chateau on the Salt Lake staff. A second assistant coach will be announced later this year.
The staff and athletes of LOVB Salt Lake will begin preparations for season two in November 2025; regular season play starts in January 2026.
