We’re excited to announce that Alabama Performance Volleyball Club has officially joined the League One Volleyball family to bring one of the Southeast’s most respected and successful youth volleyball programs into LOVB’s growing movement.
With a proven track record of developing elite athletes and fostering a love for the game at every level, Alabama Performance is a perfect fit for the LOVB mission: to create a full-circle volleyball ecosystem that supports players from their first serve all the way to the professional level.
A Program for Every Age and Stage
Alabama Performance (AP) has long been known for its dedication to building strong, competitive athletes through its National Program for grades 7-12. With a player-first approach and experienced coaches at the helm, AP cultivates a high-performance culture where athletes develop grit, leadership, and a relentless competitive spirit.
Joining AP under the same umbrella is Birmingham Elite, a Regional Program for grades 7-10, designed to refine skills and foster growth in a focused, team-centered environment. It’s where players build confidence through consistent coaching, competitive match play, and a strong work ethic.
For the next generation of athletes, the Performance Youth Academy (PYA) introduces volleyball to kids in grades 3-6, with an emphasis on teamwork, sportsmanship, and fun. It’s where the love for the game begins.
Completing the full-circle offering is Performance Beach, a year-round beach volleyball program for grades 3-12. From beginners to elite sand players, this program brings out the best in athletes with expert coaching and competition at every level.
