An outside hitter from Ossining, New York, Mychael played collegiately at Oregon State and Missouri, earning Third Team All-American honors in 2024 and AVCA Central Region Player of the Year. She was named the 2023 Jamaica Volleyball Female Athlete of the Year and won an NCAA tournament Sweet 16 appearance with Missouri in 2024. A member of the Jamaican National Team, she won gold at the 2023 CAZOVA Championship, earning MVP and Best Outside honors. She spent her first two years as a professional in Italy.
