An outside hitter from Stevenson Ranch, California, Allison played collegiately at UCLA and Michigan, earning AVCA All-American Honorable Mention in 2025. She also picked up All-Big Ten First Team honors in both 2024 and 2025. In 2018, she captained the U.S. U19 National Team that won gold at the NORCECA U19 Championship, also earning Best Outside Hitter accolades, and one year later, she helped the squad win the 2019 FIVB U19 World Championship. Allison made her pro debut in 2026 with the San Diego Mojo.
