LOVB Austin Establishes Dedicated Local Front Office Ahead of 2026-27 Season

AUSTIN, TX – September 17, 2026 – League One Volleyball (LOVB) Austin has announced four key additions to its front office as the back-to-back league champions establish a dedicated local presence ahead of LOVB’s third season and the league's expansion to 10 professional markets.

Allison Morrison has been named Vice President of Growth, and is joined by Audrey Buchanan as Sr. Director of Brand and Fan Engagement, Matt Morgan as Sr. Manager of Operations and Community Engagement, and Delaney Glosser as Social Media Manager. Together, they will lead the team's commercial, marketing, event, and community operations in the Austin market as the team builds toward Season 3, which kicks off in December 2026.

The appointments mark a new investment in LOVB Austin's local operations, giving the two-time defending champions a dedicated hometown team focused on deepening the club's roots in the Austin community, growing its fan base, and building partnerships across the city. LOVB Austin is owned and operated in partnership with Spurs Sports & Entertainment, G9 Ventures, and Bolt Ventures.

“Supporting the next chapter of LOVB Austin starts with bringing together the right people,” said Alison Nabatoff, Chief Strategy Officer/Chief of Staff for Spurs Sports & Entertainment. “This founding team brings deep local connections, a shared passion for volleyball and a clear vision for making LOVB Austin a defining piece of Austin and volleyball’s sports landscape for years to come.”

Allison Morrison, Vice President, Growth

As Vice President of Growth, Morrison will lead the team's commercial strategy, corporate partnerships, and community and civic engagement, overseeing partnership revenue, ticketing growth, and the organizational foundation supporting the team's continued growth in the Austin market.

Morrison joins LOVB Austin from Meta, where she spent seven years supporting policy and election-related initiatives and advising senior leadership. Prior to Meta, she spent time as a legislative aide in the United States Senate. A UT McCombs alumna and former Harvard women's track and field athlete, she also serves on the City of Austin's Environmental Commission. Morrison has called Austin home since 2019.

"Austin is one of the most dynamic and exciting sports markets in the country and I see tremendous opportunity for this city to embrace a professional women's volleyball team," said Morrison. "I'm honored to be able to play a role in building the commercial and community foundation that will make this team a cultural asset for the city for decades to come."

Audrey Buchanan, Senior Director, Brand & Fan Engagement

Buchanan joins the LOVB Austin front office from League One Volleyball, where she has supported LOVB Austin since the team's inaugural season. As Senior Director of Brand and Fan Engagement, she will lead the team's brand, marketing, and communications efforts in the Austin market. Prior to joining League One Volleyball, she was the Assistant Athletic Director for Texas State University overseeing their Marketing and Fan Engagement.

“Volleyball has been a major part of who I am since I was nine years old, from playing club volleyball with Houston Skyline to competing for Texas Tech in college,” said Buchanan. “I look forward to continuing to lean into my deepest passion of growing this sport at the professional level.”

Matt Morgan, Senior Manager, Operations and Community Engagement

Morgan also joins from League One Volleyball, where he has supported LOVB Austin since Season 1. As Senior Manager of Operations and Community Engagement, he will oversee match day operations and the fan experience at H-E-B Center, as well as community initiatives and youth club relationships.

"Volleyball has been a huge passion in my life since the moment I played for the first time, “said Morgan. “The opportunity to build a professional organization around some of the best athletes in the world is like a dream come true. I am thrilled to be able to bring my passion and experience to this team and look forward to creating a world-class franchise in the city I grew up in."

Delaney Glosser, Social Media Manager

Glosser joins from League One Volleyball, where she has supported LOVB Austin since Season 2. As Social Media Manager, she will lead the team's social and digital content, connecting the team and players with fans across Austin and beyond.

Prior to becoming LOVB Austin’s Social Media Manager, Glosser graduated from The University of Texas with a degree in Public Relations, where she supported social media and photography efforts for Texas Athletics.

The appointments come as LOVB continues to invest in the long-term growth of its professional league, which pairs elite professional competition with a nationwide network of youth volleyball clubs connecting young athletes to the professional game. Entering its third season, LOVB Austin will look to defend its consecutive league championships in front of its home fans at the H-E-B Center in Cedar Park.
