Sydney Hilley

A setter from Brooklyn Park, Minnesota, Sydney played five years at Wisconsin, winning an NCAA championship in 2021 and leading the Badgers to two additional Final Four appearances. A four-time All-American and three-time Big Ten Setter of the Year, she holds the program record for career assists with 6,138. Sydney made her U.S. National Team debut in 2023 and won gold at the NORCECA Pan American Cup Final Six that same year. In five years as a professional, she won the 2024 Major League Volleyball title with Omaha and was named co-Best Setter in the 2025.
