I am hosting the podcast "Over de Top" with 3 other Dutch (ex-)volleyball players. We talk (and joke) about everything! About the the life behind the athlete, our sports experiences, but also about our normal private lives - something that everybody can identify with!

Because I went to play abroad at age 20, it was not easy to see my friends a lot. But this group of girls always supported me, in good and bad times. They always try to visit me wherever I play and I am sure this friendship will last forever. [Image: ❤️]

I'm very proud to be part of our national team for 14 years, this team feels like my second family.

With two of my best friends, I started my own brand, XIV. It's a lifestyle brand where we want everyone to feel confident and comfortable. 

When I was young, I played some years of professional beach volleyball. The highlight was the silver medal at the Youth European
