Lexi Rodriguez

A libero from Sterling, Illinois, Lexi joined LOVB Nebraska Volleyball after wrapping up a stellar four-year career at the University of Nebraska and competing for the United States in the Women's NORCECA Final Six Volleyball Tournament in 2024. As a Husker, Lexi was named a four-time All-American, two-time Academic All-American, 2024 AVCA National Player of the Year Finalist, 2021 AVCA National Freshman of the Year, 2024 Big Ten Libero of the Year, two-time Big Ten Defensive Player of the Year, and a four-time All-Big Ten First Team member, along with guiding the Huskers to two NCAA Championship Finals matches (2021 & 2023). In her final match as a Husker, she passed LOVB Omaha teammate Justine Wong-Orantes to become Nebraska Volleyball's all-time leader in digs. Lexi played club for Sports Performance and Fusion and has competed for the U18 and U21 U.S. National Team. Lexi returned to the United States National Team in 2025, competing in the Volleyball Nations League and World Championships.
