Jillian Flores Bennett

Jillian Flores Bennett serves as the Manager of Partnerships and Sponsorships for LOVB Nebraska, where she focuses on developing strategic partnerships, cultivating sponsorship opportunities, and building meaningful connections between brands, fans, and the growing volleyball community across Nebraska. In her role, she works closely with local and regional partners to create impactful collaborations that support the continued growth of professional volleyball while delivering memorable experiences for fans and corporate partners alike.

During LOVB’s inaugural season in 2025, Jillian was the league’s top-performing sales representative in both overall sales and season membership production heading into Season 2 before transitioning into Partnerships and Sponsorships with LOVB Nebraska. Drawing on a decade-long background in collegiate basketball coaching, she brings a competitive spirit, relationship-driven approach, and strong belief in team culture to every aspect of her work and fan engagement.

Passionate about community, competition, and the continued growth of women’s sports, Jillian is excited to help shape the future of professional volleyball in Nebraska while building lasting connections with fans, partners, and the local community.

Jillian has been a member of the Latino Association of Basketball Coaches and Women Leaders in Sports for several years. A native of southwest Iowa, she enjoys supporting her alma maters, Iowa Western and Benedictine College, in athletics and beyond. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband and their beloved rescue dog, Jaz, adopted from the Nebraska Humane Society, and is excited to welcome a baby boy to their growing family this year.
