Jordan Runnels

Jordan Runnels serves as the Head of Finance and Administration for LOVB Nebraska, overseeing the organization’s financial planning, budgeting, operational strategy, and administrative functions. In his role, he partners across departments to support long-term organizational growth while helping guide strategic decision-making through thoughtful financial leadership and operational insight.

Jordan is a finance and strategy leader who enjoys turning complex business challenges into practical, data-driven solutions. With more than 18 years of experience across companies including Cox Communications, Yahoo!, and Fiserv, he has built a career around helping teams make smarter decisions, plan for growth, and uncover opportunities through financial insight. Known for his collaborative and approachable leadership style, Jordan especially enjoys partnering with teams across the organization to bring ideas to life and support long-term success.

A Nebraska native, Jordan earned his undergraduate degree in Finance and Economics from the University of Nebraska–Lincoln before completing his MBA at Creighton University. Passionate about helping build sustainable growth for professional volleyball in Nebraska, he is excited to support LOVB Nebraska as the organization continues to grow both on and off the court.

Outside of work, Jordan enjoys spending time with his wife and three children, following Nebraska athletics, and staying involved in the local community through leadership and economic development initiatives.
