LOVB Welcomes Club Tonka to the Family

LOVB is excited to welcome Club Tonka of Minnetonka, Minnesota to the LOVB Community. Founded in 1988, the club brings more than 35 years of experience developing athletes at every level of the game.

Club Tonka believes volleyball is a game for a lifetime, one that can be recreational at one end of the spectrum and fiercely competitive at the other. The club pairs high-level sport training with a complete approach to each player, and its coaches recognize that they model and teach life skills through teamwork and personal accountability.

At the heart of Club Tonka is a commitment to building character, inspiring lifetime fitness, promoting sportsmanship, and celebrating both individual and team achievement. Players, parents, and coaches are expected to treat one another with mutual respect, compassion, and integrity on and off the court. The club also believes every athlete deserves the chance to play and works to keep the game accessible for families throughout its community.

As part of the LOVB Community, Club Tonka will provide athletes and coaches with expanded resources, meaningful connections, and opportunities to grow alongside the continued development of professional volleyball in the United States.
