An outside hitter from Joinville, Santa Catarina, Brazil, Helena is a rising member of the Brazilian National Team with four years of professional experience, all with Sesc-RJ/Flamengo in Brazil's Superliga. She helped lead Brazil to a VNL silver medal and World Championships bronze medal in 2025 as well as Pan American Games silver in 2023. She also led the U21 national team to podium finishes at the U21 World Championships in both 2023 and 2025 and the U20 squad to the 2022 U20 South American Championship.
