A standout at the University of Michigan and Duke University, Jess returns to the U.S. after one pro season in France. The middle blocker led Neptunes de Nantes to a third-place finish in the Saforelle Power 6, second in the French Cup and a French Supercup title during 2024/25. A Troy, Michigan, native, Jess started her collegiate career at Michigan, where she graduated with the program’s best career hitting percentage (.314) and earned AVCA All-Region honors in 2022. She spent her final year of eligibility at Duke, again earning All-Region accolades along with Second Team All-ACC in 2023.
