A libero from Machida City, Tokyo, Japan, Miiku spent her entire nine-year pre-LOVB career with Saitama Ageo Medics in Japan's SV.League. She made her national team debut in 2023 and has since earned VNL and World Championship roster spots and won bronze at the 2023 Asian Championships.
