A setter from Málaga, Spain, Raquel played collegiately in the United States at USC and Louisville, earning AVCA Honorable Mention All-American honors at both schools. At Louisville, she was named the 2022 ACC Setter of the Year and led the Cardinals to a Final Four appearance. A member of the Spanish National Team since 2018, she's won two European Golden League medals and competed at the 2025 World Championship. In four years as a professional, she's played in Germany, France and Italy. Before her pro career started, she won Best Setter honors for the 2017/18 Spanish Superliga 2.
